CLASS CANCELLATION/RE-SCHEDULING
Cancellations or re-schedules must be made at least 72 hours before class for a 100%
refund. Cancellations or re-schedules made after the 72 hour deadline will receive a
50% refund.
Cancellations and re-schedules must be made in writing. Acceptable methods are by
e-mail to service@QUESTNorCal.com
or by U.S. Mail to:

hours before class for the full 100% refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 48 hours in advance. We will make every
effort, to contact all registered students and re-schedule the session, or give the
students a refund.
If we do not cancel the class in time and we are at fault, instructor no show for example,
then all of the scheduled students who took the time to show up will not only get their
money back for the cost of the class but also receive a Gift/Free pass to an open
enrollment class of the same type, redeemable within six months of the cancelled class
date.
