CLASS CANCELLATION/RE-SCHEDULING
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before class for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after the 72 hour deadline will receive a 50% refund.
Rescheduling must also be done at least 72 hours before class. A fee of $15.00 will be
issued if rescheduling is done after the 72 hour deadline.
Cancellations and re-schedules must be made in writing. Acceptable methods are by
e-mail to service@QUESTNorCal.com
or by U.S. Mail to:

Note the cancellations or re-schedules sent by U.S. Mail must be received at least 72
hours before class for the full 100% refund or to avoid the $15.00 fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 48 hours in advance. We will make every
effort, to contact all registered students and re-schedule the session, or give the
students a refund.
If we do not cancel the class in time and we are at fault, instructor no show for example,
then all of the scheduled students who took the time to show up will not only get their
money back for the cost of the class but also receive a Gift/Free pass to an open
enrollment class of the same type, redeemable within six months of the cancelled class
date.

QUEST was started by health care & EMS professionals with emergency
and safety preparation in mind.
We provide CPR, First Aid, Emergency Response & Disaster training at
the convenience of your business, group, school or community
organization.
We offer a full line of emergency and safety supplies.
We will conduct evaluations and classes at your location. We provide
courses appropriate for the general public and health care providers.
Ongoing open-enrollment courses available.
Our goal is to support Emergency and Safety Readiness.
